Work Savvy is our core programme (skills for those starting a new role or already in the workplace who want to step up).

Alongside this, we also have a programme called Work and Career Savvy (working through career pathway options and making a plan).

Together, these provide a full work-readiness curriculum to help professionals learn the 'soft' skills and self-leadership skills required for success in the workplace (and life!).

If you're looking for a shorter programme, you have two options which can be combined:

Option 1: Mix and match from our Work Savvy programme

Each online course or workshop component can be delivered stand-alone or purchased individually at a lower annual cost, and we can tailor our courses to meet your organisational needs.

We can run mini-courses for your team or cohort with a minimum of six people.

Option 2: Add extra workshops

We also offer additional workshops for participants on topics such as Difficult Conversations and Increasing Your Influence. Our workshops can be customised based on your needs, so call Tania to discuss.

Targeted support for new professionals

We are particular specialists in working with new professionals - over the past eight years, we have regularly run specific programmes for graduates and interns, and sought their input to ensure we are meeting their needs.

As well as graduate programmes, we run workshops for people leaders to help their new professional(s) through the first 90 days of their new job. Our workshops cover everything needed to succeed as a leader of young professionals, and how to onboard young professionals into a new office-based organisation. Check out our Leading Across Generations page.

Our Work Savvy programme can also be tailored to meet specific organisational needs - have a chat with Tania to discuss options.
