Leading across Generations workshop

We have on offer a three hour face-to-face workshop for people leaders to support them in leading across the different generations in the workplace.  In this workshop, participants will learn some practical tools, tactics and tips on how to best support and provide leadership to the different generations in their team.

Topics covered:

• Why leaders need to adapt their style according to generation

• Gen Z and how they are different

• What do I need to do differently as a leader and why?

• Creating a work environment and team culture that Gen Z (and all employees) will thrive in.
