Tania Gough, Director
Tania Gough has held a range of human resource management and consultancy roles in the New Zealand public and private sectors in the last twenty years. Her areas of expertise include individual skills coaching, team development and group facilitation, strategic HR consultancy, design and development of HR frameworks, employment relations and change management.
Tania has experience working with organisational teams facilitating goal setting, problem solving and team building. For the past ten years she has been a facilitator for the Navigator Leadership Development Programme at Outward Bound in Anakiwa. She has extensive experience working with managers in organizations to help them to more effective in leading and managing their teams. She is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMI) consultant, DISC accredited and certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect suite of tools.

Christina Curley, Director
Christina's marketing career has spanned three countries and more than ten years, particularly specialising in digital marketing, web project management, content strategy and creation, and instructional design.
In October 2014 Christina created Upwards after she realised she’d been running a (mostly online) Government programme which taught people to drive, with how-to videos reaching over a million New Zealanders - so she could teach people other important life skills in a similar way.
Savvy Up draws on Christina's online education skill set and her passion for helping young people navigate the world of work, as as well as Tania's years of experience running on-boarding programmes for organisations around New Zealand and passion for mentoring young professionals.
