Tania Gough, Director

Tania Gough has held a range of human resource management and consultancy roles in the New Zealand public and private sectors in the last twenty years. Her areas of expertise include individual skills coaching, team development and group facilitation, strategic HR consultancy, design and development of HR frameworks, and change management.

Tania has experience working with organisational teams facilitating goal setting, problem solving and team building.  For the past 16 years she has been a facilitator for the Leadership Development Programme at Outward Bound in Anakiwa.  She has extensive experience working with people leaders in organizations to help them to be more effective in leading and managing their teams. She is an accredited Team Management Systems (TMI) consultant, DISC and Tetramap accredited.

Christina Curley, Director

Christina's career has spanned three countries and more than fifteen years, particularly specialising in digital marketing, production, project management, content and instructional design for a range of organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. 

Savvy Up draws on Christina's online education skill set and her passion for helping young people navigate the world of work, combined with Tania's years of experience running on-boarding programmes for organisations around New Zealand and passion for mentoring young professionals.
