In delivering our workshops this week, we have noticed a bit of frustration going on in the workplace across the different generations. We love the wisdom of Dr. Tim Elmore from Growing Leaders who says the qualities of humility, respect and curiosity will help us to connect with almost anyone. Great advice for emerging leaders and people from all generations! We particularly love his quote, "I try to speak as if I believe I'm right, but listen as if I believe I'm wrong". How cool is that!!
