In this two hour workshop participants look at strategies for building confidence so they can plan and take practical steps towards achieving greater control over their career.  The workshop explores how the four elements of psychological capital – Hope, (self-)Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism can support this.

Participants leave the workshop with:

  1. A clearer idea of what career “success” means to you and a gauge on how close you are now to that success

  2. Clarity on what holds you back and what you can do to challenge the self-limiting beliefs and unhelpful self-talk

  3. An understanding of how your strengths can help you get closer to career success

  4. A Career Confidence Plan so you can start Taking Charge of Your Career
